Our Refund Policy

🖥️ For Live Online Courses

Please note: Refunds are not available once course materials have been sent.

• All refund requests must be submitted in writing to:
  📧 info@bolandschoolofhypnotherapy.com

• Requests must be received no later than two (2) full weeks before the course start date.

• Phone requests will not be accepted.

Refund Processing:

• Requests received two weeks prior to the course start date:
  → Eligible for a full refund, minus a $150 administrative fee

• Requests received after the deadline:
  → No refunds will be issued unless the course is cancelled

Refunds will be processed approximately 3–4 weeks after the course concludes.

🏫 For In-Person Courses

• Phone requests will not be accepted.

Refund Processing:

• Requests received at least 14 days in advance:
  → Full refund, less a $150 administrative fee per person

• Requests received after the deadline:
  → No refunds, unless the course is cancelled

🔄 Transfers & Replacements

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another qualified participant at no additional cost.
Please email the following to info@bolandschoolofhypnotherapy.com:

• A copy of your original confirmation letter

• A brief cover note requesting the transfer

• A completed registration form from the new participant

Due to high demand and limited availability, we kindly ask that you schedule only when you are fully committed.

• Cancellations are strongly discouraged

• Payment is due in full upon scheduling the PROJECT
