Our Refund Policy
🖥️ For Live Online Courses
Please note: Refunds are not available once course materials have been sent.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to:

Phone requests will not be accepted.
Refund Processing:
Requests received two weeks prior to the course start date:
→ Eligible for a full refund, minus a $150 administrative feeRequests received after the deadline:
→ No refunds will be issued unless the course is cancelled
Refunds will be processed approximately 3–4 weeks after the course concludes.

🔄 Transfers & Replacements
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another qualified participant at no additional cost.
Please email the following to info@bolandschoolofhypnotherapy.com:
A copy of your original confirmation letter
A brief cover note requesting the transfer
A completed registration form from the new participant

Due to high demand and limited availability, we kindly ask that you schedule only when you are fully committed.
Cancellations are strongly discouraged
Payment is due in full upon scheduling the PROJECT
