A lifelong educator and therapist, Helen began her professional journey as a tenured public school teacher in Santa Rosa, California, achieving tenure in her 20s. Her deep curiosity about the human mind, healing, and consciousness eventually led her to move from classroom teaching to a successful private clinical hypnotherapy practice in 2005 and the Official A.C.H.E. Clinical Certification School, 2017.
Now, Global Hypnotherapy Council, with the aid of technology, connects with clients and students worldwide. We offer teacher trainings, lectures, keynotes, certifications, continuing education classes, and Peace In Process™️ workshops.
Our Projects blend ancient wisdom with advanced modern research and modalities.

Helen’s work has always centered around empowerment, whether teaching children music, or grammar, writing and literature, and now, supporting adults within their healing journeys.
Her passion is for the guidance and safety of the inner child and creating new strong neural pathways and archetypes within.
Today, her work guides the integration and reparenting the internal family systems through self hypnosis and behavioral practices. Helen,CHT. continues supporting clients and students in addressing unmet childhood attachment needs and transforming limiting subconscious patterns held within their development. Through Clinical Hypnotherapy, Helen helps individuals harness the power of their subconscious minds to override conditioned responses and realign with their highest physical, mental, and even spiritual goals.
A Lifelong Commitment to Learning and Leading
Helen is not only a Certified Hypnotherapist, Instructor and Mentor, but a researcher, author, speaker, and her most valued and continued educational job, a mother. Her educational path has included continued studies in: physiology, biology, physics, anatomy, and most recently, the neurobiology of trauma and primary attachment wound’s effect upon overall health. Helen,CHT. has, even more recently, taken up a renewed commitment to honing Spanish for future Journeys.
She shares her work in both intimate settings and large-scale venues through Clinical Projects &Hypnotherapy, keynotes & group trainings, and steady community healing events.

Within each Peace In Process™ experience, Helen,CHT. collaborates with guest teachers & masters in their own healing modalities—creating a dynamic, diverse, holistic environment where participants learn to activate their innate potential.
As our world continues to evolve, Peace In Process™ has expanded into a movement—sparking the joining in of “ Sanctuaries” and a deeper outreach to support individuals and communities in cultivating balance and restoration.
